AI policy

 At Smelli Rosa, we love robots and artificial intelligence (AI). We believe AI will help the planet create uplifting spaces together with humans and beings in general. We do not believe in replacing humans with robots, but we do believe the world becomes better when we healthily work together.

Here are the AI that we use to create our work:

• Apple Intelligence and Siri

• Duck.ai

• Ecosia AI Chat

• Google Gemini

• OpenAI ChatGPT

We mainly use these AI tools to plan, research, ask questions, and things like that. The artist Smelli Rosa does not use AI to create original artworks beyond that. If we use AI to create artwork images and/or iterations, it is usually on a rare occasion and we will let you know at every step.

Sometimes we hire artists that use AI to create artworks and/or products for our services. For example, we recently paid a human artist that uses AI to create mockup images for our possible clothing products like t-shirts and/or sweatshirts in the near future.

We make sure that the AI that we use complies to local and/or federal regulations, policies, and/or laws for the best positive, possible outcomes. Though, we are not perfect. Let us know if we made a mistake and we will correct it promptly.

We will let you know ahead of time in our written agreements if we plan to use AI. If for whatever reason you are not comfortable with AI and/or robots, we understand. We are willing to work with you and meet in the middle. We can avoid using AI for specific projects by written request. Let us know!
