In Step 1, this is where you review, fill out, and submit a Smelli Rosa Uplifting Spaces Request Form. 

We encourage you to be specific and detailed! It's ok to only share what you are comfortable with. There will be required and optional information.

We aim to respect your privacy and will not share anything privately and/or publicly without your written permission. We only use the information you share with us to create an uplifting space for you. If we need to talk about you to create the space, we will use an anonymous name to reference you.

We are a mindful, small business that does not rush so that we can value client needs. Slowing down is a part of how our business works.

Due to high demand of our spaces, we usually email you within 30 calendar days or sooner about next steps with your submitted Smelli Rosa Uplifting Spaces Request Form. We respectfully and kindly ask for patience while we get back to you.

During Step 2, our team will send you a Smelli Rosa Uplifting Spaces Confirmation Email for you to confirm your wants and needs. Send us an email reply that says, "I confirm". After you confirm, our team cannot make changes, revisions, and/or edits to your Request Form information. It's permanent!

It might help to wait at least 30 calendar days before confirming! We don’t mind! If we don’t receive a confirmation email from you in 30 calendar days, our team will not go to the next steps with you and you will need to restart all the steps if you're still interested in hiring the artist.

During Step 3, our team will send you a legally-binding Smelli Rosa Uplifting Spaces Statement of Work Contract and Initial Fee over email. 

After signing the Smelli Rosa Uplifting Spaces Statement of Work Contract, we expect you to pay the Initial Fee (half upfront).

If we don’t get an email with your Smelli Rosa Uplifting Spaces Statement of Work Contract and payment of the Initial Fee from you in 30 calendar days of receiving them, our team will not go to the next steps with you and you may need to restart all the steps.

Refunds for Initial Fee

From the date of payment, you have 30 days to request a refund for the Initial Fee only. If you request a refund, the Smelli Rosa Uplifting Spaces Statement of Work Contract and Initial Fee will be null and voided. No client relationship will be formed. We welcome you back if you change your mind!

You agreed to not ask for a chargeback from your financial service provider, as stated in our Smelli Rosa Uplifting Spaces Statement of Work Contract and/or Terms of Use. We prefer to work with you to find a solution that works for both of us!

We usually do not give a refund of the Initial Fee after 30 days of making a payment. However, we consider all situations on a case-by-case basis. Let us know what’s going on and we will try to meet you halfway!

During Step 4, our team will send you a Smelli Rosa Uplifting Spaces Preview Email of the half completed space created by the artist that aligns with the Smelli Rosa Uplifting Spaces Statement of Work Contract that we both signed.

Our artist cannot make changes, revisions, and/or edits to the half completed space created by the artist. It's permanent!

Please respond to our email by saying "I want to continue" or "I do not want to continue". If you select "I do not want to continue", you are welcome to use what the artist made you in the Smelli Rosa Uplifting Spaces Preview Email. Make sure to follow the Statement of Work Contract for how to use!

If we don’t get response email to the in 30 calendar days to  Smelli Rosa Uplifting Spaces Preview Email, our team will not go to the next steps with you and you may need to restart all the steps.

If you email us, "I want to continue", we will move to Step 5.

During Step 5, you are expected to pay the Final Fee (last half upfront). After paying the Final Fee, our team will send you the Smelli Rosa Uplifting Spaces Final Email with details of how to access the fully completed project that aligns with the legally-binding Smelli Rosa Statement of Work Contract.

No refunds for Final Fee

The Final Fee is not refundable.

This is where you use your new completed space! We recommend following the Smelli Rosa Uplifting Spaces Statement of Work Contract and/or Terms of Use on how to use your new space! 

The artist is very grateful. This is the artist's dream. To live a life where they get to create uplifting spaces sometimes. Thank you for making the artist's dreams come true.

The small business will donate part of your payment to a charitable nonprofit that uplifts beings that aligns with our mission, vision, and values. If you have suggestions, let us know over email!
