Smelli Rosa LLC is an online small business with a mission to create uplifting spaces with art, cards and collectibles. We are a museum of connections.

We aim to amplify the truthful experiences of people that are often not heard, seen or understood. Our aim is to create uplifting experiences, while knowing that we are not perfect and make mistakes. Our apologies are backed by actions that benefit everyone.

Consent is at the forefront of everything we do. We try to do the right thing even when no one’s around. We honor feelings and don’t take it out on people.

We are all connected in an ecosystem of life, why not make it a great life for ourselves and the planet? What do you choose today?

1. Accessibility. We value accessibility at the forefront of all of our work. We try to do the right thing. We openly help each other when possible.

2. Accountability. When we make mistakes, we own them, apologize and change our actions. We do not demand forgiveness.

3. Honesty. We're transparent and honest about the work that we do, and why and how we're doing it. We balance honesty with kindness.

4. Integrity. We match our words to our actions. We mindfully align to policy, regulations, and laws as best as possible.

5. Respect. We aim to treat everyone with highest respect even if we don't like you. We respect each others' limits, including our own.

6. Privacy. We value each others' privacy as best as possible. No public controversy. We use information to understand, not to judge, gossip or attack.

7. Service. We try to lead with solutions that benefit everyone, including the planet.

8. Kindness. We try to treat everyone with care in our words, and actions, including ourselves. We take a gentle break if things get tense.

9. Wise intelligence. We balance emotional and logical intelligence to make wise decisions as a collective group. Both are equally important.

10. Positivity. We try to see the light of people, places, and things. We do not force positivity, but rather we try to balance the shadows.

Smelli Rosa is a space to be a mindful, compassionate gardener of diving healing by creating art for everyone. All skill levels, mediums, backgrounds, and perspectives are celebrated.

Smelli Rosa is a space to be a joyful, creative, amplifier of the truth, while surrounding ourselves with folks in recovery with light-heartedness and honesty. Uplifting each other is at the center.

Smelli Rosa is space to be a transformer and orchestrator of adventure, while soulfully and compassionately moving to another state to be near water with love. Mindfully sharing the power to amplify unheard voices is important.

Smelli Rosa is a space to be an engineer of transformation who skillfully illuminates accountability, and will openly and spiritually, and joyfully continue to be a curator of wisdom and movement through the universe. Action coming from love and support is key.

Smelli Rosa is not a space to be perfect, wrongfully judge, disrespect, belittle or dismiss each other.

Smelli Rosa is not a space for bullying, excessive negativity, or bringing ourselves or others down.

Smelli Rosa is not a space to hoard titles, certificates, awards, or any other gain that is not equitable among beings.

Smelli Rosa is not a space to bring hate, violence, harassment, racism toward an individual/group of any protected class, such as but not limited to race, sex, creed, national origin, disability, mental health condition, medical condition, body type, religious affiliation, age, language, sexual orientation, gender identity, financial status, pregnancy status, citizenship status, work title and/or political affiliation.

Smelli Rosa has a vision for creating uplifting spaces through art, cards, and collectibles. They hope to bring peoples, places, things together in a way that benefits everyone in a mutualistic community. They are a role model for balance between logic and emotions. The goal is to hear, listen, and apply as much feedback as possible for solutions that are created and applied together.

They hope to be a part of the transformative movement to value authenticity over perfection. How many hours have you spent perfecting something? How many hours have you spent being your true self? The reality for Smelli Rosa and many, is that perfection seems to be more important through messaging from those around us sometimes. This is not to blame or shame anyone, but to show the reality of this life.

Smelli Rosa aims to show how to value authenticity slowly and imperfectly. It's a reminder that we're human and there's space to make mistakes. It's a responsibility to take a moment, be honest, notice the mistake, and create a healthier change. In the beginning, it's not easy to accept the shadow, but it gets easier with patience and self-love. The shadow is important so that we know what is ok and not ok. It's not about deleting the shadow, but loving it.

Smelli Rosa aims to bring back healthier, genuine, authentic, honest connections. At the end of the day, we only have each other and we only have one planet to live on. It's time to love ourselves consensually, respectfully, and appropriately so that we can show consensual, respectful, appropriate love to each other: at work, at home, online and in-person as public society members. Sometimes from a distance, sometimes in closeness.
